Send us your request for custom furniture and we’ll email you a quotation. Attach a photo of your designs or construction drawings and indicate the specs, dimensions and other instructions you may have.

  • What happens next after submitting the Custom Furniture Request Form above?
    • Forms submitted will be evaluated by our sales team for quotation. If there are any clarifications, our sales team will reach out via mobile or email. Expect to receive a quotation within a week. To follow-up on your request, please email inquiry@mejore.ph.
  • What is your manufacturing lead time? 
    • Our manufacturing lead time for custom orders is 45-60 days upon final approval of the construction drawings by the client.
  • What type of wood materials do you use?
    • Our standard and default wood material is mahogany. At the request of clients, other wood types can be used such as ash wood, oak, walnut, etc. Note that these wood types may come at a premium and in some cases may require additional lead time to procure.
  • Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
    • Yes, we deliver outside Metro Manila through our partner freighting companies.
  • How much is your delivery fee?
    • Orders within Metro Manila are free of charge. Orders for delivery outside Metro Manila will need to be quoted to include packaging/crating and freight delivery. Please indicate your address so we can quote for deliveries outside Metro Manila.
  • How do I finalize a custom order?
    • Orders may be finalized through an email confirmation or signed job order or quotation and by paying at least 50% of the total price as downpayment. The remaining balance will need to be settled prior to delivery or pick-up of the item.
  • What are your payment options?
    • You may pay in cash, check or through credit card at our Makati Showroom;
    • Cash/Check deposit at or online cash transfer to  BDO, BPI or Chinabank branches; or
    • Credit card payment via Paypal (no Paypal account required).
    • When client is ready to pay, we will provide additiional payment information.
  • Do you provide swatches for the wood finish?
    • Yes, we can provide sample finishes for custom orders.
  • Can you use paint instead of natural wood finish?
    • Yes, we also use colored paint for our custom projects. Reach out to us for the options and specific finishes (e.g. glossy, matt, etc).
  • What is Mejore’s warranty policy.
    • Mejore’s Warranty Policy includes 1 year product warranty against manufacturing and engineering defects only. The policy does not cover defects that may arise due to improper handling and usage of products. If a product requires service during the Warranty Period due to defective materials or workmanship, the company at its discretion will either repair or replace the product. This assumes that the product has been maintained and used properly for the purpose for which it was designed for. The warranty does not cover degradation that occurs due to normal usage like scratches on desks, wrinkles on upholstery etc.
